We are pleased to announce that Provargo is now a part Royal Unibrew A/S.

For us as founders, this is an important and necessary step to ensure Provargo's future operations. Provargo is built with a focus on quality, innovation and close customer relationships, and it has been crucial for us to find a new owner who shares these values and can continue the company on a basis that ensures stable operations in the future.

We will continue as part of Royal Unibrew and will continue to be actively involved in Provargo's solutions, daily operations and ongoing customer support.

The further process
In connection with Royal Unibrew's takeover of Provargo, we can confirm that Royal Unibrew wishes to continue all existing agreements regarding operation, hosting, ongoing updates and service unchanged on the same terms and conditions as previously agreed with Provargo.

During the first quarter of 2026, we will send you an updated and comprehensive contract for signature, which will replace the existing agreement with Provargo. To the extent that you do not wish to continue the collaboration, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible.
